How to ║ Restore Reset a Dell Inspiron 13 Touch to Factory Settings ║ Windows 10

[WPXperVideo id=38 ]hey what’s up everyone in this video I’m going to be showing you how to restore back to factory settings your Dell Inspiron 13 and this is the p5 7g alright so we’re going to be resetting this computer back to its factory condition it has a couple viruses also the customer forgot their password alright so as you can see you know the customer forgot the password we don’t have the password to it it’s not working alright so what you’re going to do here is you’re going to hold the shift button so just hold it down and you’re going to select over here the power menu you’re going to select the power menu and then you’re going to select restart while holding the shift key down alright so you’re going to keep holding it down shift key until it reboots all right cool so it’s going to bring you to this menu right here alright once you’re at this menu we’re going to select troubleshoot all right then we’re going to go to reset this PC all right and then we’re going to select restore factory settings all right we’re going to select remove everything all right make sure the computer is plugged into the electricity because this is going to take a little while now it’s going to bring us to another screen where we’re going to have to choose some more options and then the reset process will begin okay so here’s going to give you two options to reset the PC just remove my files or fully clean the drive this you’re going to select the second option to do a complete factory reset on it which is fully clean the drive so let’s select that okay and then it’s going to ask you to confirm once again by hitting reset all right and then the reset process begins all right so as you can see it says resetting this PC 1% all right so I’m going to stop recording and then I’ll continue recording once it’s closer to 100% all right everyone so yeah after the reset process gets to about a hundred percent it’s going to matically automatically complete complete the reset process and then it’s going to bring you to this screen the setup of the laptop where you can choose your language country sign in to Microsoft where you have to do the setup of the laptop ok so yeah that’s how you reset back to factory settings your Dell Inspiron 13 hope this video helped you out if it did please give it a like and subscribe for more videos like this till next time peace
